Value indicator plugin
Scatter & Bubble, also Line & Area and Column & Bar charts charts can use the Value Indicator plug-in to display the value of the axis corresponding to the position of the mouse cursor. As both axes of this chart are numeric, you can have X and Y value indicators at the same time.
